Laura Mullen–Dewitt

Laura brings to our office many years of experience and wisdom acquired from her 24 years of managing prenatal care for 1000’s of women in the Sacramento area. She has worked as a Birth Assistant, Doula and Breast Feeding Consultant for various group practices. In 1989 she became a Certified Midwife through California Association of Midwives and was licensed in 1997 when the State of California began licensing Midwives. After running her own private practice for twelve years, Laura joined the providers at The Birthing Project Clinic working in community health as a California Perinatal Services Provider. It has been our pleasure to have Laura on our staff since 2005.
